Vows

Did any of you ladies write your own vows or go the traditional route??

We had a full mass so we did not change them.

We used traditional. Our pastor said them for us and we just said I do, which I did not know was going to happen. I am a little upset that we did not say them ourselves....but can't change it. It took me awhile to realize why I felt like something was off or forgotten.

That's what I keep thinking. I wanted to go traditional but we aren't doing a unity candle or anything like that so at least we should say our own vows. FH wanted to do own vows anyway. Luckily I work best under pressure only 8 days to write them lol

I wanted to do our own....DH didnt....then months later as I am cleaning I saw that he started writing his vows and preparing something....UGH so mad

we got married ina church and we weren't able to write our own vows - which was fine with us since we wanted to go the traditional route

Dh and I wanted to go with the quickest rout at the time so we picked one that only required us to say I do a couple of times... I kind of regret not saying moreI am worried what it is going to sound like on our video
