Does anyone have problems with customer service at VYC? We love the place but every time we call to make an appt no one calls back. I called 4 times now and the girl asks if we are booked there and when I say not yet, she says can I have your name and number and have someone call you back. Just wondering if we do finally get an appt and book there will there be problems after.
I know that Samantha who is a BM there is absolutely wonderful! She use to work at my RH, which is owned by the same people as VYC. I was so sad when she left she was so nice and so accommodating to me and my FH. Other than that I cant vouch for the rest of their team. So if you do get them to call you back ... ask for Samantha lol.
I didn't have a problem getting an appointment the first time. Now we always go through Samantha and she gets back to us within a day. Not sure when you called but I am sure weekdays are better then weekends. If not I agree just ask for Samantha she is great.

I work with Guilio and he is fabulous. He always responds very quickly to my calls/emails. He has been amazing so far!
I havent had an issue. I work with Eric who is great but have also met Samantha twice and she is a doll.
