Everything was fabulous, the food, service, the room is gorgeous!!! View is amazing!!!! The food was really, really good, my fav was the Venitian, we watched them bring stuff out for the 2 chocolate fountains all night that I only ate a little dinner to save room for dessert!!!!!


You have nothing to worry about, it was beautiful!!!

I thought it was great. Food was good, the place was beautiful...especially at night with the candles all around the windows. The Viennese Hour was spectacular, they really went all out for that...cocktail hour was great as well.

First off, just like all the other TWOTY vendors, the Venetian Yacht Club DONATED the use of the hall, food, etc etc etc. Can you imagine how that is?? So MAJOR props to them for that!

Secondly, the place is beautiful! THe bridal attendants were really great (Loraine and Elaina), the view is beautiful, and overall they did a great job! I don't think you have anything to worry about!

What a wonderful atmosphere for a wedding! The staff was so nice and helpful!
Cocktail hour was AWSOME!!!!! They really put on a great display!

VYC is fabulous!!!!!!!! It really is a beautiful place. The food was delicious. The bartenders were great. I had the Chilean Sea Bass and it was really good. FH had the chicken and it was very tasty. All in all it was really great. The only negative comments I had was that at one point our server stopped coming by our table so I ran out of water and started drinking other peoples. That made for a lot of clutter in front of my place which annoyed me. Also in the ladies room since there was an attendant they should remove the empty TP rolls from the stalls and not leave them there. But that's me nitpicking. Other than that WONDERFUL place!!!

i thought it was odd that the attendant was in the restroom during cocktail hour and then I didnt see her in there again ... was it just me, was she there?

what about the DJ???? i'm having FM Entertainment and the same percussionist....tell me all about them!!!!

We also booked with Frank and FM so we were thrilled to see them there! Frank rocked, he wasnt cheesy (that is my worst fear, and annoying Bar Mitzvah DJ) he got people up but did it without be obtrusive, the song selection was great also!!

The percussionist rocked! We almost wished we had booked him.

oh thank you so much! i was worried about the same thing. i know people will dance, but i don't want someone in your face! glad to hear the percussionist was worth the money too...we felt it just added something!

Cocktail hour and hall itself - AMAZING food for cocktail hour and service, pretty views best view i think.

Bartender was top notch, viennese hour was good - i enjoyed the petite fours and strawberries on the table.

we had lots of fun.....

i like the place for a late spring, summer or early fall wedding - gorgeous view! its not a place i'd book for a winter wedding because you can't take advantage of the indoor/outdoor CH or outdoor ceremony.....

the food was good - to me almost all catering hall food is the same - its never usually restaurant quality and i never expect that from a RH because a RH isnt a restaurant so you cant really compare fairly....so i thought the food was fine - i've had better and i've had worse - but everyone likes different things and has different opinions so its hard to judge food.....i had filet mignon for dinner and i thought my piece was excellent....

from what i noticed the bartenders were all friendly and we never had to wait on a long line for a drink....i liked that

i checked out the website and expected the place to look a little different - i thought the place was pretty but i thought it was much different from the website, maybe because they didn't have the whole reception room open i still thought the place was nice and i loved the outdoor area during the CH - i love being on the water and it must be beautiful at sunset or at night when the weather is comfortable.....

this isnt part of VYC but i LOVED the percussionist - he was really good! if we didnt know someone for percussion i would totally book him.....

The percussionist was Pat Davis .
