I was eating sugar babies (that'll teach me not to eat candy) and all of a sudden, i have a big hold inside one of my top molars that already had a filling in it. I am just nervous since I am pregnant and have to check with the dentist as far as using novacaine etc

aw, i'm sorry. =0( novacane should be ok though since it's just a local anesthetic. i would think the general anesthesia would be what you'd have to worry about. don't take my word for it though. good luck and feel better!

Local should be okay..isn't that what they give you when you are in labor. I know they won't use general unless they HAVE to. I usually get my fillings done without anything since I am more afraid of the needle.
