Wacky - thank you for the restaurant tip
La Parma was very good.
I liked it, my sister liked it, but my FH and dad were 'so so'. Not that the food was bad, in fact their steaks were very good. But they are not into the whole 'family style' thing and FH does not like Italian food. But they were VERY accomodating with him - when he asked if there was another veg besides broccoli or escarole the waiter said sauteed peppers, onions and mushrooms. Brought out nice big plate. The manager was supposed to bring out a slice of cake for my sister's birthday but forgot. No biggie. I am sure if I mentioned to the waiter he would have done it. They were busy. I wasn't too upset. My dad isn't used to having the menu on the wall - he coudln't read it and the menu they handed us didn't have the prices on it and he kept going on and on about it. Enough already dad!![]()
