Waiting for Ambien to kick in

I'm going to be a zombie tomorrow. I can't sleep. I'm so worried about finding a RH. FH is snoring away right now and I'm still on LIW....what is wrong with this picture?!?!

9 halls and we can't decide. Something has to give soon. I need a good night's sleep.

Well...how about this! I have only had ONE good nights sleep in 2 months! I have the WORST case of INSOMNIA EVER! Good thing my friend works over night and I have someone to talk to. Once I hear my FH voice at 4:30 & 5:45am and he's up for Academy and on the train I can go to sleep. I think I'm worrying about him. Send me some ambien PLEASE!

When he's over either I watch him sleep OR I listen to his heartbeat and pass out!

Re: Waiting for Ambien to kick in

We both have the same favorite. But it was expensive for a sat. night and we're afraid the big room will be too big for our guests and the small room is just not as nice.

I try not to get my hopes up about these places because I hear wonderful things on LIW and then we get there and it doesn't suit us or it's crazy expensive.

I am sad. I thought we would have something after visiting 9 places. It' stinks!!!!!!

Don't worry you will find the perfect RH for your day!! i have a hard time sleeping too as you can see..lol. I've been on such a backwards schedule lately.. up at night... sleep into the day,.. and so on.. so i know how u feel!!
I know it's super stressful not having RH booked yet, but i think sometimes when u over think it it makes it harder. i get that way about a lot of Wedding related things.. i start worrying about decorating, will i be able to afford what i want, how over budget are we going? will my invites work out the way i want ..should i change my colors.. etc. etc. .. i know in the back of my mind that it will all probably work out and i will get it all done when the time is right..but not being able to do it yet drives me nuts.

You'll be ok girl!!

If you both like the same place maybe you can have it on a Friday night instead to save some money. Or maybe the Sunday night before labor day. Which place did you like? Maybe we can make suggestions of similar places.

Re: Waiting for Ambien to kick in

We both liked Greentree in New Rochelle but the room we like is HUGE! The BM said that they can put trees in and they have curtains and stuff but I can't visualize it.

Nothing has grabbed me like that place but it was very expensive for a Sat. night. I'm going to call them and see what they can do for an afternoon wedding.

I don't know how much longer I can go around and look at wedding halls.

We booked the large ballroom for 150ppl. Planning on doing 8 to a table and staggering the tables around the dancing space. When we saw the place, we knew we were going to book it.

Thank god for Ambien, I'd NEVER get sleep without it!

I'm a light sleeper and my neighbors are sooooooooooo loud.
