Waking up dh/fh

does anyone have trouble waking up there darling dh/fh. i want to be out of her at 9 to pick up our car. i've been trying to wake up my darling dh up. he gets up then goes back to sleep. i'll just leave without him

At least your DH gets up for a couple of seconds!! As Im typing FH is sleeping behind me. He does not get out of bed until he knows he has the EXACT amount of time he needs to get ready and no more!! God forbid we have time to relax before we start our running around!!

OMG I can relate. I was nice & let him sleep this am although I was up at 745. I figured we were going to go to 915 mass. Well 845 I say honey we got to get up, he tells me, I'm not going to church, I have stuff to do around here & then goes back to sleep. So frustrating. URRRRRRR!!!

In the evening (he works nights), he keeps hitting his snooze button...I have to keep going in & make sure he gets up!

On the weekends we set a time where I can wake him up if he's not awake yet. Today it's 1pm.

My Dh rule is 'Double Digits', after 10 AM, but he never sticks by it... he can sleep all day and then tell me he is so tired.

FH doesnt get up unless he has to play football on a Saturday. I try not to jostle him or yell or freak him out in order to get up BUT I do it rather gently. The other day he got P-O'd because he said I didnt give him time to get up. What he forgot was that I KNOW it takes him forever to get up and I DID warn him. He just fell back asleep. OH DEAR!!!
