Walk Away the Pounds

Walk Away the Pounds

Who has used this? I walk outside now but it is starting to get a little cold for me to be walking everyday. I want to try something that Danielle and I can do together and someone said to get WATP.

What DVD's should I start off with first and where is the best place/best price to get them?
Thanks,
Scott

I have used them and plan to start again now that it's getting cold. I lost 15lbs using WATP and WW before the weddding. It was very easy and enjoyable bc I was in the comfort of my home.

I got mine off of Ebay and Overstock.com.

I used Walk Away the Pounds (Leslie Sansone) to get off those last few pounds before the wedding. LOVE it!

They come in DVD (2, I think - 1 mile and 2 mile on the same DVD and the 3 mile on another) and in VHS - I think a separate tape for each mile sequence.

I bought mine at Target.

My mom has the system, its good if you hate going to outside or to the gym, or live in an area with really crappy weather. The woman who leads the exercises can get a bit annoying, but all in all i would recommend it.

How does this work? In the house? On a tread mill? I never heard of this...

thanks.

Re: Walk Away the Pounds

When I first started my diet and working out I did WATP because I had no stamina whatsoever. It was great because I could get a good workout without overstressing my joints.

I now do other stuff (The Firm, Slim in 6) and WATP has taken a backseat. Mainly because Leslie's constant chattering during the workouts gets to be too much for me after a while. I even starting lowering the volume on the TV and cranking up a CD instead.
