Just wanted to give you a review of the 3 mile tape that I bought at Target over the weekend. Let me say that I was hesitant to buy it because I thought it would be too easy. Although I can stand to lose a few, I have always worked out, and played sports so I thought it would be too basic.
Well let me tell you that I thought it was great. Got my heart rate up, made me sweat and had some good basic weight exercises that was enough to feel the burn.
Plus, the 3 miles went really quickly. For $6.99 it can't be beat. Especially when you are snowed in your Brooklyn Apartment.
Hope this helps

I love all the tapes! The 1-mile tape is good for when you don't have a lot of time too. And you'd think that that 1 miles is useless but that gets me out of breath too. I have the balls and the weight belt, both of which are good as well.

Re: Walk away the Pounds
I just got the 3 workout set on DVD (Includes the one, two, and three mile workouts). It was $19.99 at target... I'm looking forward to trying it out tonight. Thanks for the recommendation. I've been using the FIRM Basics tape, but I wanted to add something into my rotation that didn't include weights -- so this should be great!

Is this a video or something you put in a walkman? I have been constantly on my treadmill so I was just wondering.

The women in WW were raving about all these videos at my Saturday meeting. They swear by them! I didn't realize they were so inexpensive - I think I need to pick them up!

Here are some reviews of the 2 mile workout for those of you who were curious what its all about:
WHat do they actually do? Is is walking in place while using weights and other exercises? Just curios?

Re: Walk away the Pounds
Yes and no--there are 4 basic steps with walking/marching being the main one-- I am doing the 2 mile tape and am not bored--although I told DH that I wish we had picture in picture so i could watch and listen to something else--hearing the same comments def gets to you --or at least me Def worth a try-- I lost 4 inches in my thighs alone and I am not dedicated at all!!!!
