Any tips for the walk through??? I know to turn everything on and run all the water and flush all the toilets and all that stuff at the same time. Look for broken or cracked windows, etc, but what else???

Look for any water stains/marks on the walls or ceilings as signs of leaks. Very important! Congrats!

In the past I've heard you should bring something to plug in and check the outlets...
I was told to bring a video camera.

Hi Thanks everyone walk through and closing went very well and now we are homeowners...it is surreal... I still cannot believe that house is ours
