Walking club

I was thinking of the board today when I was at the mall shopping. The reason? Walking!! We don't realize how much walking we get done during shopping. Yes, it is at a slower pace; but your usually at the mall for a least an hour right? And just think if it rains you always have a place to go! So keep those sprits high, and those feet moving...

Walking the Mall

When I worked at the mall (so many years ago!!) there were many people who would come in before the stores opened and just walk laps. It is definitely a good indoor alternative to a tread mill.
