Hi ladies...I am trying to put together the people walking down the aisle together and I was wondering if there is anything in particular I should stay away from - family walking together or married couples or unmarried couples??? Is there anything that might be considered bad luck? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I think if you have any couples in your bridal party they need to walk down together. I haven't heard of any superstitions. Also you can do height order. We are probably going to do age order since our bridal party is mostly our siblings and then neices/nephews.

I heard that it is bad luck to have couples walk down the isle that aren't married yet...bad luck for them, not for you...lol. But I don't believe in things like that!

You can do whatever you want. I had one married couple walk down together but the other one did not (The husband was the best man and the woman was not the MOH). I do not think you have to have couples together but I am sure they would appreciate it if you did.

The only thing my pastor told me is that it should be groom's family first then bride's family (like grandmothers, mothers, etc) because it shows who you are closest to and some old fashioned people might pick up on it.
