walking group??

Is there still a Suffolk walking group? I'm serious this time that I will attend if one exists. My Dr. got on my case about exercise today!!

well, the problem is that i really need to do this during the evening, but i'm not so comfortable walking at night.....what to do???? i'd also be interested in a saturday meeting. i love in commack.

ps. i tried a yoga class tonight (not the cult group). i enjoyed it but it is certainly not easy for a beginner. i'll keep going.
