when the groomsmen and the groom walk out to take their places, does the groom go first, or last?

my dh was the first to walk out. He walked out with best man. Then came groomsmen with bridesmaids. Then flower girls /ring bearers/MOH. Then me and my parents. really bad but I can't remember when dh's parents walked out! oops!

He should be first with the best man or his dad or someone.
FH will be up there with his BM. My BMs will be walking up with the rest of the GMs.
