Re: wallpaper removal- ANY TIPS!!
We used DIF concentrate from Home Depot...First we scraped the paper with a roller that made holes in the wall (tiny ones) then we sprayed the DIF and the paper fell off in sheets...it was so easy!

you can rent a steamer - but first try the stuff from Home Depot or a mixer of warm water, fab. Softener and vinegar in a spray bottle. Let it sit on and soak up than scrap.

I used fabric softener and warm water to take down all the wallpaper in our house. It worked great.

we used DIF as well. It worked very well. We moved into a house that had wallpaper borders in everyroom practically and we took them all down. mix boiling water with the DIF. spray on the wallpaper, wait 10 minutes or so and scrape scrape scrape!
good luck!

i second DIF... we've used it a few times and had great results. BUT on the bottle it says to wait 15 minutes (i think that was the amount of time), but that didnt work well. we scraped it as soon as we sprayed it, and it came off like a charm

Re: wallpaper removal- ANY TIPS!!
I agree about DIF and not waiting 15 minutes. I was just too impatient to wait that long but I had better results with waiting less time anyway. It worked great if I only let it sit for a minute or two.
