Wanna Laugh? The stupid thing I said to Ultrasound tech...
So as the u/s tech is rolling the wand around my goo-ed up belly we can see all the baby's insides -- the spine, the heart beating away, the brain, etc.
I asked if the bones of the skeleton had hardened yet, and she said that most likely yes. Then I said, 'Oh, but he is still see-through, right?'
DH looked at me like I had 50 heads then burst out laughing. I was like 'Why are you laughing?? Their skin is transparent in there, right? That's why we can see everything!'
Then DH explains to me how, just like the u/s machine can see THROUGH me, it can see through the baby!
I swear I am not normally such an airhead!!
