HA! Yup that would be us! I love Matt! Steve has been friends with him forever, they grew up together! Marissa is a sweetie! I love hanging out with them!

Yea so Matt got engaged before us and picked his wedding date 11/2. We got engagaed like 8 months later and I knew I wanted late 07 so I had to go before him for obvious reasons...so he teases me that I am stealing his thunder...but I say 'Matt, at least you will be the LAST wedding of the group, what a way to go out'...that made him feel better....

WOW That is soooo funny!!! I remember that!!!! I remember when you guys got engaged. He told me about the dolphin story and everything! I remember one night we all went out and Steve made me buy my first drink at the bar. I never ordered a drink before that night LOL. Steve said to me now you have to tip her, Give her a quarter ( Bartender) So I did He was hysterical laughing so he gave her like a dollar or something....LOL WOW what a small world.....

BTW - That sounds so like Matt Stealing your thunder! He's said that a million times ! LOL

This was Feb of not last yr but the yr before that. I think you were supposed to come but didnt. We were at Brennans we were trying to set my sister up with Adam (Their friend who moved to CA)
He never showed up though. HAHA! Yeah I never ordered a drink before that night for myself LOLOL. So he had me order my first drink. It was soooo funny. I'll never forget that....I am sure I will see you at Matts wedding. I remember seeing all the pics of you with Bon Jovi Matt used to show all them to me cause I am soooo obsessed with Bon Jovi. He is god to me! LOL. I cant wait to go to VYC saturday!!!!!!!

I believe it about JBJ. That must have been amazing! Yes I live in NJ. My fiance and I have a house here, Im like the country lifestyle HAHA. I never met Adam but he sounded nice. I am acutally meeting with Daisy but if I do see Bill I will tell him you said Hi. I have an appt at Chateau Le Mer also and Patken also that same day. But with seeing the pics of VYC it looks like my heart might be set on it. HAHA

Hey gals, just wanted to let you know the details of our food tasting on Friday!

It was AWESOME! We had the Sea bass, Filet Mignon & a chicken dish...UGH, I can't remember the exact name of it, but it was stuffed with spinach, cheese & sundried tomatoes...I must say it was the most delicious piece of chicken I have ever eaten, not dry and extremely flavorful! (I have the menu at home if you wanted to know) YUM YUM, I am certainly choosing that as one of my entrees for our menu. We also had some apps. Piggy's in blankets, crab cakes, filet wrapped in pastry, scallops wrapped in bacon, chicken on skewers, shrimp wrapped in a wonton sort of pastry & I think one other thing...All were delicious!

We went upstairs to see the room all decorated for the wedding that was there that night, it was beautiful, candles in all the windows, tables set beautifully...he also took us through the downstairs room of their CH. Showed us all the set up, it looked GREAT! The smaller room on the side was also open for people to enjoy the room.

As for the renovations, the place looks GREAT! They have replaced the outside railing, installed a glass in the outside area and they are awaiting a few more chandeliers throughout the place. Bill said that he hopes to have pictures on the website within 15 days or so, just awaiting final approval. I could kill myself for forgetting my camera! UGH

All in all, I am SUPER EXCITED!! I love the place and Bill is such a pleasure to work with! I am so excited and proud to have our reception there!
