I didn't even want to have a handbag, but I have to carry pills with me, so I've been looking. I wanted something vintage-y, but nice, too, but not too much money. I've been looking on eBay for months for a vintage beaded bag, or some vintage evening bag. Turns out it was impossible to find an ivory or off-white vintage bag without gold hardware in good condition. I looked for silver, too, but didn't see anything l liked. Then I looked at new, modern bridal handbags, but everything in my budget looked kinda cheesy. Then I saw this, a $250 Inge Christopher bag on an auction starting under $50. It was bought by a bride who never used it, she instead used her mom's as her something old and borrowed. It has a removable handle, and the bride lost it, so she started it at a low amount. Well, no one else bid! I got it for $50! I like the chain handle, but I'll get someting else at M&J trim. For $50, it's worth it, it's the most beautiful bag I've ever seen. I'm SO happy. One more thing off the list!
Thats so funny, I just purchased that exact bag on HSN this afternoon, except I got the Black, silver and white combo one. I just love it, congrats to ya.........

Thanks--yeah, it's a lot of money if you buy a new one, but it works for any bride, pretty much, as it has white, silver, and 'pearl' or ivory beads. My gown is ivory so I was having a hard time finding something.
