Wanted to clear up a myth about Old Westbury Gardens...
I sent in my deposit today to book Westbury Gardens. I was under some false impressions (from some posts that I had read on this board a while ago) but I spoke to Diana at OWG, so I thought I would pass some correct info on to you girls.
First of all the cost depends on what time you will be finished taking your pics. As long as you are done by 4:30, it is only $275 ('only' is not meant to imply that it is cheap LOL!). After that the price increases $100 per hour up until they close.
They are not as strict with arrival time as everyone believes. If you arrive late, that time is not subtracted from your total time. In fact I just had to give them a 'rough' arrival time.
Diana Filbry is the woman in charge and she was very nice and informative.
