Wanted to share...

Hi ladies,
I just wanted to share some nice news. Katie and Joe just closed on their first home! They are very excited. They purchased a 3 bedroom colonial that was built in the 1920's. It is so pretty and has lots of charm and character.

Hi Mary,
Thank you for your good wishes. I am fine....a little overwhelmed by all the wedding/house planning. The plans for my son's weddiing have been quiet. They have their church, reception site and photographer so far!! They are very laid back at this point.
They have also purchased a house and that is what they are focusing on. They are hoping to renovate it before the wedding so that they can move right in. So between Katie and Joe and David and Claudia....it is all about the houses...and add on to that our daughter Chrissy and her hubby Brian (liw 06) with their house..and it is like being on HGTV!!!!!

I cannot complain....all good things....I am just a little overwhelmed!

How is Donna's plans going? Keep me posted!!

Awww, sweetie, the end result will be great!!!! Blessings on you all, and strength to get through the process!!!!! Donna's plans are going slowly but surely. Let me see, they have most of their vendors lined up, now it's just a matter of making payments. Donna still has to choose wedding programs, invitations, and a cake. Debi still has to get measured for and choose her gown. Oh, and Donna and Josh still have to plan the HM. Oh, yeah, I still need an MOB gown!!!!! My Mom doesn't understand why I can't wear the same dress that I wore to Debi's Wedding. I tried to explain the color thing not matching!!! Love you, too, Kathy!!!!!!!! Mary

Hi Girls, boy are the two of you busy and I'm a little jealous LOL:) because I would love to be planning an event. It is so nice to hear good news after such a down year.
Mary, your mom is so cute....tell her everyone saw that dress already and you need something new for different daughter.

Hi, Liz!!!!!!!
How are you today? I've been there, with the nothing to plan too, so I know how you feel. Yeah, I did tell Mom, I need something new, but she was adamant, that she just doesn't understand why, much like my Grandmother, who couldn't understand why the cost of bread wasn't the same as in her day!! Ben is working for Habitat for Humanity today, and has a dental appt. The other day he had his 5 yr. prostate cancer check and he's cancer free and does not have to return for a yr.We were blessed by that news!!!!! Have a great day!!! Love, Mary
