DH and I are expecting...........to close on our house January 29!

We sign our homeowner's insurance policy Thursday night with Statefarm and then from there, the banker's lawyer said we can schedule the closing for January 29! YAY!

So, I'll be packing and moving in less than 2 weeks! YAY!

Try hitting refresh if you don't see a link under the house photo called 'additional photos' - that's where the other photos are.

I'm actually still surprised the house is still linked, since most R/E agents will take a listing down once in contract.

Thanks Liza......yes, one thing at a time - closing on a house, packing up an apt, unpacking in new home, cleaning apt to get back deposit, include painting, and then as a reward, I get to go to the Bahamas in March! I'll be so exhausted, I'll seleep thru my HM!

Hey, we just did all that and we didn't get any trip to the Bahamas!!!! I guess you'll have to enjoy it for us!!!!!!!

Oh, and they won't take down your listing until you close. When our house was online still it said 'under contract', they do that in case you back out at the last minute.
