...Warm Fuzzy Feeling.....

Is anyone else out there lacking a Warm Fuzzy Feeling from their RH?

From the time we booked with our hall, I don't feel like our BM has been very accomodating and I haven't really gotten good solid answers on just about any questions I've asked re: room for a band, round table availability, chair styles, etc.
I don't know if its because my RH is still in the works but with having two other locations, I would think this transition would be a bit smoother. ??!?!?!

I don't want this to be headed for disaster but this place is really going to stress me out big time. We are spening ALOT of money there and I want assurance that things are going to be in good hands.

I feel like we are being treated like just another guest at a restaurant or something.

I'm sorry that you have this feeling honestly I always get warm and fuzzy when I go to my RH and have always been treated like I was special.

Hope things get better maybe it's just the stress of planning the wedding!!! GL

ITA! I feel that way too but then I am reminded that 90% of the RH's have to cater to all the brides in the area so there is just no way to really feel special.

When they say many RH's are 'Wedding Factories', they are right. I knew that would happen and if I didn't, I'd have to fork over even more $$ to have my wedding be somewhere special or out of the ordinary like a boat, a relatively unknown botanical garden or farm, etc.
