Warning about Exclusivelyweddings.com

Hello ladies I will try not to rant but I wanted to give a warning. I placed 2 orders with exclusivelyweddings.com. The first one was for personalized framed and the only problem was they sent the confirmation email after I had already received the order. Since the first order went relatively smoothly I decided to place another one. I didn't think anything of the lack of confirmation email because of the first experience I had with them. BAD MOVE!!!! I had ordered the glass and personalized bag for the breaking of the glass in my ceremony. With 9.5 DAYS left till the wedding I got worried and called. They said they have no record of the order. I know the order was placed I did it myself. So buyer beware. They do not have a very well run site. Now that I got screwed by this company we have no glass to break. I am pissed and wanted to warn you ladies. Maybe they are a good site and I just have bad luck, I don't know.

ON NO THANKS I WAS JUST GOING TO ORDER FROM THEM....NOT!!!!

Sorry you had this problem. I ordered the bags for my BM gifts from there and had no problem with the order.

I'm sorry that you had bad experience with them, I have placed alot of orders with Eweddings and i have not had any problems with them....

If you used your credit card, call them and tell them the site did not deliver your glass. You can call the site and give them your crdit card statement with the charge.

I ordered quite a bit from them, all was perfect except my first order was nighmare, I ordered a special wedding pocketbook and waited over three months for it, it never came to me and I actually almost forgot I ordered it, so one day I went to look up my records and called them, they couldnt find my order at all, then they found it, but said they had to check into my order and call me back, no call. I called back a third time, mind you I was on hold again for over 20 minutes requesting to speak with a manager, well guess what I spoke with one, she said Oh, your pocketbook was shipped. I was like when? then she says oh, it was not shipped, so I asked her what the heck is going on, she had an attitude with me, but then I demanded she send it right out to me, when it arrived at my home the silver was discolored and the purse was stained beyond the point where where I could keep it, Now I did spent quite a bit for it, after going back and forth with them again about 5 times, I requested a full credit, would you beleive it took another 3 months for it to appear on my card as a credit, they let me keep the crappy damaged purse which i had to dispose of, as it was all damaged, then I had to find a new purse from somewhere else. But all in all it was hell....then a about 2 months ago I ordered some other things, they were wonderful products, and had no problems with any of them. So its great and terrible, all pot luck I guess. Hope this helps a little anyway....
