Just to warn fellow brides:
I ordered a necklace from perfectdetails.com that appeared gold on the website and arrived silver. It was also $140 and looked like it was worth about $20.
When I tried to return the item, I was notified it was an exchange only policy with no refunds. I''m sure it was somewhere buried in the fine print when ordering ... but definitely not easily found. I explained to them via email (since you cannot reach anyone by phone) how I had everything else I needed bridalwise and really just wanted a refund. They won''t budge.
Just a warning since their jewelry is of poor quality and you can''t return it .. be careful what you order.
