Warning - STAY AWAY!!!!!

It was long so I am not going to type it again, but I replied to someone about a Bridal Gown store below. The subject is the same. PLease read it before you look for your gown.

Aimee, I saw your post on Bridal Suite of Bay Shore, and I`m sorry to hear you`ve had so many negative experiences there. My gown, as well as the girls dresses, including the flower girl, were purchased there, and they`ve been so tremendous in getting me everything I`ve wanted. We wanted the flower girl to match the bridesmaids, and Bridal Suite was able to have this done for us. To be honest, Gina has been the one who I find to be exceptional. When I have a question or concern, she`s the one I deal directly with. As with any business in the service industry, there are some who are better than others. Please don`t think I`m arguing with you over this. What you`ve said does concern me .. but what can I do now? Everything has come in, and I`ve seen all the dresses. Me and one of the girls have already started fittings. The other girl and my neice are due in next month sometime. My suggestion to anyone regarding major inquiries or important details, make sure you talk to the right person. And I don`t just mean with bridal shops. This goes for everything. Take concerns or questions to management or owners (or someone who you feel comfortable with). Their word goes a lot farther than regular employees. If an employee`s answers don`t seem satisfying, see if you can go to the next level, don`t just settle on a casual response to a serious question. Good luck Aimee, I hope everything worked out.
