so a package arrived today from modelbride.com and it was my bridal shoes and i was elated .. so i tried it on all giddy and all ... then i saw that the left buckle was skewed .. so i looked closer and found that a crystal was missing! i could over look that the box it came in was worn out and that the shoes had little scuffs here and there on the soles but that was just too much! i am NOT paying $130 for this shoe i'm going to try and return it tomorrow. i really hope they give me my money back .. they had all these disclaimers .. ugh ...

that's so frustrating if they were cheap i could see why but $130, i would hope they would send shoes that haven't been worn!

Thats crazy, they should DEFINITELY give you your money back. YOU obviously didnt wear them, you wedding didnt happen yet!

You should be able to return it though. If you paid by cc you could probably dispute the charge if they give you a hard time.
