I don't remember who the bride was, but the other day someone posted about how she got her video back (early) from patken and how unhappy her and her DH were... just wanted to know if there was ever an update on what patken said.

yea it was the rough cut, unedited version
this is why you shouldn't post vents about vendors until you've spoken with them! it made people worry for no reason
