Watagh/Levittown

Hi girls,

FH and I are looking in this area, does anyone know anything about the schools there?

TIA!

Some Wantagh houses are in Levittown schools (north of Jerusalem), some Wantagh and some Seaford. It's good to know when looking at houses.

I teach in Seaford and this year the community voted the budget down twice, we are on contingency and they often have budget problems. Wantagh is a great district, I have several co-workers kids who attend. I don't know as much about Levittown.

You could see the same exact house but in a different district it might be a different price because the school district plays a huge part in resal values of houses.
