water!!!

for those of you who are having a hard time drinking your daily water intake

i have a hard time drinking all the water you are supposed to. One makeup person said hmmm u dont drink alot of water....my skin was dehydrated and the make up didnt sit right. I have been told many of times i am dehydrated

well anyway my point is....cvs has a water bottle looks like a mini jug of poland spring that sits on the water stands

it was in the summer section and was on sale for like 3.33
it is the reccommended amount of water u need to drink i fill it up everyday and i make sure i drink all of it through out the day!

i am SO like you. I just have no motivated to drink water, but I can tell that I am needing it! The only water I actually like is Penta water - but it is a little $$$

I have one of those Nalgene water bottles with me at all times so I don't forget. Some days I sip all day, others, not so much. I am constantly in the bathroom at work when I drink H2o all day long, kind of annoying.

now if i only we all needed a daily intake of coke...then I would be hydrated forever!

the absolute best water to drink is smartwater - it has so many benefits - its vapor distilled and electrolyte enhanced - so it is quickly absorbed and hydrates you faster.

the sell it is the 1.5 liter bottle which is - i think around the estimated intake you should have.

I have an eddie bauer water bottle I got from Target and it holds about 36oz, which is how much you should drink per day. Just fill it up each day and you're set!!
