They are very dangerous! Don't do it!

Just eat right and exercise - thats the best for menstrual bloat!!!

Also drink a lot of water and low sodium food - the more water you drink, the more you will pee and flush out your system - you won't retain the water!

I agree, but would like to add that you should stay away from caffeine. It does make you pee, but makes you bloaty and more uncomfortable along the way. Oh, and this probably goes without saying, but carbonated beverages are the worst idea in the world when you're already bloated.

ooooooooooh don't take water pills!! Period bloat is partly caused by water retention. Maybe try a few cups of tea or eat watermelon. Watermelon is a natural dieretic (sp?), and drink plenty of water.

SCARY! Green? Just avoid taking pills.... I agree with the others! No caffeine, low salt, and lots of liquids...

Honestly I took them before my wedding and they helped...there are ones that are supposed to be natural and have no caffeine in them...bought them in CVS....just be careful with them

I never take them.

They make you pee, but they also dehydrate you. A minimal amount of alcohol will make you drunk and your lips will dry out. I used to take them before I went out.
