Darn CLM and Riviera both do not have any availability for Sept Saturdays.
Going to a second visit for Venetian soon and scheduled a visit for West Sayville. The guy Steve does sound very nice and easy to work with.

If you are looking for great views of the water I suggest The Snapper Inn's Pavilion. It's separate from the restaurant and it's a right on the water. It's kind of an open air building. Their website doesn't have good pictures of this space but I found some wedding photos that shows it a bit.

Also definitely check out Land's End!

Yes! Snapper Inn is beautiful! We loved the Pavilion. It was over our budget though, I think it is over $150 pp, but you can design a package if you wanted to compromise on the amount of food/bar.

Lands End was our place before we realized it was way over our budget. It's really beautiful and everything we wanted.

ETA: if you'd like the quote we received, feel free to pm me. We got a quote for 2015.

We are heartbroken that there was a sudden death in the family and our planning is postponed indefinitely. Thank you all for your help so far but we need to focus on our family right now.

Hi I saw that you posted lands end was a lot I heard it was 225 a head? is that what they quoted for you? ;)

Does anyone have quotes for Land's End in their off peak months of April or October 2016? I received quotes for June-September 2015/2016 and they are out of our budget, so I'm wondering if there is a major drop in price for those other months...
