Waterfront/Beach Hotels

Hi Everyone,
Does anyone know of any beach/waterfront hotels on Long Island or within an hour from NYC? I already checked out Gurney's, Atlantica, and the Montauk Yacht Club. We are totally negotiable. We are looking at all locations.
