Hello Girls,

I hope your planning is going well. I just wanted to see if any of you know how long before the wedding did you meet with your banquet manager to finalize your menu and seating chart?

i went about two weeks ago and my wedding is this Saturday. im actually going today to drop off the final payment

I have an appointment on Feb. 11th to choose linens, finalize menu etc... I was told I could call in my final headcount a couple of weeks before the wedding. I will set an exact date at this meeting. I can't believe it's next month!!!
