what did you pick for your menu. Im decided now and would love any suggestions as to what is the best. also did they tell you how far before to bring all your stuff ex. favors,menus,cameras,cake cutter etc.....

You should make an appointment w/ your bm and he will go over with you and answer all of your question. As I know you will drop your stuff a week before the wedding.
as for the menu. I'll have asian salmon, chateau briand, and chicken verdi as my entrees. hot chaffing: calamari, duck, st. louis ribs, spanish paella, egggplant, beef burgugnone (sp?) carving: stuffed loin of pork.

I can't remeber everything we had but for CH the calamari, duck and ribs were absolutely amazing(thats what alot of guest had reported).For the entrees- We had the greek sald(yummy), chicken rollatini, salmon and some sort of beef with mushrooms(I can't remeber the name). All were delicious. The cake we did yellow cake with choc mousse. I wish I tried more at the cocktail hour-the pastas looked amazing. HTH.
