I was quoted jun-columbus day $99++ Oct(after columbus day) $94++ Nov $89++ May $94++ (they seemed willing to negotiate). I dont have any other time of year quotes.

I don't even know what a quote would be without alcohol at any venue but I would seriously consider cutting back somewhere else. There are many mixed opinions on cash bar weddings. How about a buffet or cocktail style reception? They also do brunch weddings (where alcohol wouldn't be missed as much, you could do mimosas and a punch) and dessert receptions. I'd explore these options.

I agree- every single place i went to included open bar top shelf liquor, beer, soda, etc. in their pp price. But if you are set on no alcohol, then I would definitely say the sam as Soon2BeMrsMango: do a daytime recepetion because then most will not feel the need to drink anyway, and won't be mad that alcohol isn't free! haha
