who will be actually putting the centerpeices on table?

I bought my own centerpieces, but my florist will be adding ivy, rose petals etc. to them and setting them up for me.
If you are doing them all yourself, then I would ask a close friend to do them for you.

I had the same question! I have a million ?'s and I dont know who to ask? I cant call ( would be an hr phone call!) Any suggestions...like who lights our candles( in centerpiece) etc...

If you have candle centerpieces, then your florist usually lights them OR the waitstaff will.
