Watermill Brides!!!... review from a relative!!
well im very happy to say that a relative of mine called me to report their experience at an event at the watermill last night!! since they know that's my venue, they wanted to tell me how good of an experience they had!
they said that everything was beautiful, the service was amazing, and last but not least, the food was outrageous!!
They made sure, with their other relatives, to have at least the beef, chicken and fish option of the night, so that they could tell me about all 3!!
the beef was chateau briand, which they said was amazing, very tender, cooked perfectly, and the sauce on it was great (this made Dad and FH very happy, they're the big meat guys)
the chicken was chicken verdi, which I didn't even know of, I called the watermill to ask about it and tehy said its a new chicken dish they have that if I wanted, we could have it as well....well its chicken cutlets with a layer of i think mozzarella cheese with asparagus between the cheese and chicken....they said it was a very different chicken dish compared to what they've seen elsewhere, and they loved it, it was soooo juicy!
Lastly, (which is now making me change my fish selcetion) was the Tilapia Oreganata....they said this was the BEST FISH they'd ever had.....of course, oreganata is oreganata, no matter what fish you put it on, which they said was seasoned beautifully and gave the fish a nice crunch, but the fist itself was cooked perfect and had a wonderful taste! Even one of my 'not a fish person' relatives who tried a bite said it was phenomenal. We were originally going to get the Salmon, but after hearing this about the Tilapia, we're definitely changing our option!!
This made me SO HAPPY with only 5 months left til my wedding, and for the rest of you watermill brides, I'm sure it will do the same!!
