Just curious When are you... Going for a food tasting/choosing menu? PIcking out the table linens? Ummmm am I forgetting something

they dont do tasteings! The showcases are the closest thing that they offer. As for linens they told me 8 wks before I guess when you set up your menu?

Watermill doesn't do any tastings---you can attend a showcase and sample some foods and cake...but that's it.
we did our menu about 6 wks or so before the big day--and went over just about every detail at that meeting. the week of the wedding when we dropped everything off -- and finalized payment-- we went thru every detail again to verify everything and make sure it was all perfect!
