Just wanted to share my excitement that my wedding site called me to make an appointment to finalize the menu, ceremony, etc. I am so excited, it's getting so close! Actually, 8 weeks from today. We have a bunch of details left, so after a couple of months of relaxing now I'm nervous again.

ahh - I can`t wait until we`re that close!
I`m already panicking about all the stuff left we have to do - I took a few months off and now it`s payback!
It`s still too early for us to decide on the little things, but I'm sure it will fly by.
Enjoy these last 8 weeks.....!

I finally called April yesterday to go over our 2nd draft (which she emailed me at least a month ago, but took forever for us to read!). I'm waiting for her to call me back, I know she is busy on the weekends. So, it's coming along, she'll probably make changes and show us one more draft, then hopefully it will be final. So far, I love the wording for the ceremony, and I'm so excited!!
How's yours coming?

Nina-
That's great about the ceremony. It's so funny, because remember a while back when you said it took you a while to go over your first draft and you felt guilty. Well we are now in the same boat. We have yet to submit the 1st draft back!! But we will very soon!! I hope the final draft is all you hoped it would be! Best of luck to you!! :)

I'll definitely post to let you know how things go at the Watermill in June. I was suprised that they called so early. I just assumed that since I like everything planned well, that I would be calling them to set up a date to finalize things. I'm so happy that they called me first. Now, I feel even better about them.
I got a package for Aruba for $2300 for both of us at the Wyndham Resort ,including 7 nights deluxe ocean view room, breakfast buffet, air, taxes. This was the best price I could find, and am really happy that we will be having a 'nice' honeymoon for a great price. I went on some of the Aruba boards to get info.

wyndham
I remember now seeing some posts about you staying there and that it was windy there hmmmm but the price sounds fabulous. As far as comparing to the other resorts was it much more expensive for Allegro or the Radisson? Also are you doing all inclusive? I saw alot about missing out on the great restaurants if you do that? Keep me posted, thanks again

I heard that the Allegro was not as nice as the Wyndham. The Wyndham is supposed to be windier than other parts, but then again i heard that it's windy all over Aruba, and that we'll be thankful for it, especially if it's hot. If we had a larger budget I would have looked into Hyatt and Radisson, which are 5 star (Wyndham is 4 star). I also heard that the food on the island is so good, and there are lots of fabulous places to eat. That's one of the reasons we aren't doing all inclusive.
