can any one tell me if the watermill will do a tasting? we are never on LI when they have the showxases and i kinda just want to get the menu out of the way after christmas while we are on LI...
do you think it is too soon? u'm also not sure when the next time we will be on LI will be

No they don't do tastings...but not to worry..the food is fantastic! People still rave about my wedding food!

if you really want to do a tasting and keep asking for one they might work something out for you...A friend of mine is booked there and got upset in front of her BM that she couldnt taste any of the food and made a bit of a stink about ot, so the BM went into the kitchen and brought out a plate of fresh mozzerella and tomatoes for her to try...
If its really important to you to have a tasting keep pushing for one and see if they can maybe just get you a plate of something next time you are in there...
