Watermill- not meeting your minimum

Any previous brides that have gotten married at watermill might be able to help me out with this.
I know that we won’t meet out minimum of 150 people…does watermill do anything extra or throws things in if you don’t have the minimum?

I'm not sure what they do now but when I got married there for my first wedding, 10 years ago, they did nothing.

I thought we were not going to meet our mminimun and i was told that they would throw in things like an ice sculpture or extra food station. I hope this helps.
