Watermill Pricing.....

Hi everyone I'm new on here but from what I've been reading you ladies know it all about weddings!

So I am 80% sure that I want to have my wedding at Watermill, but because I live so far I can not just go by there as much as I'd like so I have a few questions for you ladies.

1. I have been working with Bob, and he tells me that my price pp can be $55 depending on the menu.....would anyone know what this lower priced menu consist of?

2. Will 100 people fit comfortably in the Astor Room? Any pics of the Astor room?

3. Also how much of a deposit should I put down?

4. Would anyone pick the Coral House over Watermill??

I'm in the Astor room in January and our minimum is 125 people with a max of about 200 so I def think 100 would be more than comfortable. As for the menu, if I'm remembering correctly (I haven't looked in a while), I have the New Estate menu at $69 pp. You can check their website for the menus maybe or if it does happen to be the New Estate menu that you're being offered, I can FM you all the details if you'd like. And as for the deposit, we just put down $1000 but you could probably do more if you wanted.
