Waterslide decals & ecal finishing spray

Does anyone know where I can purchase these? AC Moore & Michaels doesn't seem to have them. I would really like to put a picture on my unity candle.

Is there another method as opposed to using waterslide decals?

did you look online? I know that i was able to get a bunch of things from a craftstore online for super cheap...

What kind of picture did you want to put on the candle? You can print right onto vellum paper off of the computer and put that on the candle. That is what I used.
