Quick question? Has anyone experienced any problems with this company. I went to get my bridal party measured for their dresses and the owner of the store said they were having a hard time getting the dresses in. But then she told me everything will be fine because she talked with them. But I am still extremely nervous...Has anyone heard anything?

I bought flower girl dresses that were kind of mini bridesmaid dresses that were watters and watters.
I had no trouble at all. I ordered from netbride.com.
Maybe they had a specific problem with that style of dress?

I wore Watters and Watters at my friends wedding last year. We didn't really have a problem, the only thing the girl said is that they can sometimes take a little longer to come in.

I heard about this. I bought mine from RK (which I got a huge discount on them highly recommend) They came in super fast like in a month and a half.

yeah they were a couple of weeks late with mine. I ordered from RK bridal, and they send emails of when the dress will arrive, we did no frills so we had it delivered to us not the store. My MOH had a different dress and different designer, they told her march 27th and she received the dress on exactly that date. I was told the bm dresses will come in april 7th. When they didnt come on april 7th, i figured ok maybe its a few days late. After a few short days i called RK bridal and i was told that something happened at the place where they make the dresses and ALL dresses were delayed. I spoke to the manager of rk many times and she was telling me how aggrevated she was with them too and that everyday she had to fax them and email them lists of customers whose dresses they needed to finish ASAP and call them everyday to follow up and make sure they were staying on top of everything. I do have to say i was getting nervous but THANK GOD they came in about 2 weeks before the wedding so at least they had some time to get it altered. This was in april and i would've thought they had the problem fixed by now, its horrible to hear they are still having issues

I had no problems. Though the bridal shop did order them 2 weeks late - they still came in early though. Ordered in early March, they came in the middle of may.

i did have a tough time. they said the will come the end of april or first week of may! they didn't come until the end of may!!!! i cant believe they are still having issues. thank god we got the dresses in time!
