WAX SEALS: Anyone use the wax and seals from Target?
I bought a pack of wax and a seal. I just did a test sample on plain paper and it came out really pretty. Has anyone used these TARGET ones on their envelopes? If so, how successful were you. Thanks!

from what i hear, wax seals jam in the post office machines and shouldn't be mailed.
the invites get all messed up and undeliverable.

I didn't use target wax but I used wax seals on the back of my envelopes and they were delivered just fine without a problem.

My cousin used them on her invitations, i'm not sure if they were from target, but it was imprinted with her initial.... Anyway I thought it was soooo awesome. So I'm doing that.

We did that for our Thank Yous. You just have to make sure it's the post office friendly kind (it should say somewhere on the box).
None of ours arrived with any problems that we know of. People thought it was neat!!

I used the wax from Michael's on my TY cards. The vast majority of them were destroyed in the mail.
I am using them on invites for my DH's party, but they will be ON the invite and not outside the envelope
