way to many things happening right now!!! but still smiling

I haven't been on the boards I wouldn't say too much the last time i was on probably was monday! but i still miss the blogging and stuff like that. So during the weekend we booked our photographer yes I did post about it so that's that!. The same day when we got home we found out FH's cousin passed away she was only 40 years old. I didn't know how to deal with this I mean i had dealt with deaths in my family pretty recently and FH has always been there for me. But it was my time to be there for him! I have to say that it is so different when you see it in the other side. Of course I was there for FH and let him know that I am always there for him and that i share his pain. FH is a little hard on the crying thing, he doesn't cry often and he told me how in his job he was thinking about his cousin and his eyes started tearing. I told him of course that in times like these is ok to cry it's ok to let it out because it always feels good when you let everything out from your feelings. Moving along with Sunday I performed and it went great FH came with me because he wanted to keep his mind off the situation and he was so nice to me and bought me some belly dance goodies. So my weekday starts and I had a midterm on monday was studying soo hard the night before it went well thank goodness. Then I had loads of work to do for school this week and have 3 midterms next week so everything is pilling up ughh!!. So as if this wasn't enough yesterday i receive a TEXT!!! yes a TEXT from my best friend!! saying that she doesn't think she could be my bridesmaid because she's not religious and that she will feel disgusted and uncomfortable being there in the ceremony, mind you me and her work together and we see each other every day!!!. I was shocked by this didn't know what to say and DIDN'T WANT TO SOUND SELFISH BY SAYING the typical response which will be 'you wouldn't do it for me'. I was like OMG is this real? so all i told her was like well I can't force you to be there I would really love for you to be in my BP because you've been pretty much my only friend. So i felt like crap basically all day and as I was venting with FH she texted me and says I DO WANT TO BE IN YOUR BP and I am sorry for saying about the priest I WILL DEAL WITH IT BECAUSE I LOVE YOU TOO MUCH. After reading this i didn't know what to think! i was more confused than before but anyway I told her that she really needs to think about this deeply because I can't obligate her. So that was something soo difficult to deal with but at the end I was like whatever happens I am going to marry the man of my dreams and that kept me going and FH was there for me to support me and he even picked me up from school last night! ( i have class til 9:20pm on weds). Speaking about my class the only positive thing about next week's midterm is that we will only get 4 short essay questions which means I will be able to make it to the Westbury Manor showcase!! YAY!! i'll be there around 8 something but I'll be there.!! Today I find out my new title from my job! and my salary increased i am kind of excited but kind of nervous so wish me luck! this weekend will be 100% dedicated to studying! because i have 3 exams next week!...LADIES i know this has been a long post but thanks for reading it!! just kind of wanted to let some things out of my chest!!!.

I'm sorry about FH's cousin. What a tragedy.

I'm also sorry about your BM. I cant believe she has an issue with the church! I am not religious myself...and I particularly dont like the catholic church (just my opinion)...but to make my mother happy...I am getting married in one! A BM should have much less of an issue. It shouldnt matter where you get married...she should be there to support you!

For FH.....I know it ***** but at least she told you early in the planning process. Now, you need to question why did she do it via text message. Good Luck in your mid term

Sorry to hear about fiance's lost. Good luck with your midterms i have one next week also and i was just told yesterday about it . It wasn't right that your friend went and said she couldn't be in your bridal party because of religious reasons. She should be there for you no matter what because your her friend. The only thing that should matter is that she should want to be there for you as a friend on your special day.
