I know WCC includes a pianist for their cocktail hour. We will be in the mills room for the reception so we also get the cocktail hour room on the second floor. Do you think the guests will be able to hear the pianist in the room from the foyer or should I hire the trio for the CH too and have both? TIA

I am not a WCC bride (but I looked there). I don't think they'll hear the pianist. Maybe you should call the BQM and ask>
