Does anyone know if you can have votive placecard holders and candle centerpieces at WCC? I got so excited about making these pretty placecard holders and candle centerpieces with rose petals and then a friend told me that the hall might not allow it
If anyone knows let me know, I hate to call the hall and look like I am CRAZY
