WCC ladies.......ummm.....

So what's the new bakery WCC is using for cakes?

Just called Dortoni and they said they're not the WCC cake people anymore?

Somebody tell me I'm wrong.

our wedding cake was by erga, we had french custard and fresh banana with a buttercream frosting, and loved it.

If your hall uses them, they are located in Bethpage, and you can set up a time to go do tastings, they tell you what flavors they have, you say some combos you want to try

From what I know, they are pretty good. I remember eating a little bit of my cake. No one said anything bad about it to me and my family is the biggest bunch of critics.

Rosalind_75 (I believe) used them and the top two tiers of her cake were literally crooked and sliding off the rest of the cake...luckily her DOC and the house pastry chef managed to fix the cake.

Just FYI.

Erga is 5 minutes from my house. We love it. Everything is fresh and the bread is awesome. Haven't had anything we didn't like.

Wow...okay...my wedding is Saturday and I didn't hear this. I have to check with our BM and see if Dortoni's will stillbe doing our cake. We had our tasting with them already and they have our cake design / flavors. It was sooooo good. I'm sure Erga's is great too...heard a lot of great reviews. Just not something you want to think about right before the wedding.

Hi,
Congratulations!!! Don't worry, WCC said cakes already booked with Dortoni are being honored. If you have the time, maybe you can just doublecheck with Dortoni.
