I was all over the knot in the beginning and fell in love with a St. Pucchi gown. The bottom reminded me of a comforter, but I loved how different it was, especially the top. Did I ever try in on? Nope!

I am not even going to respond to this thread - lol......my issue with dresses was enough to give me a migraine for 4 months straight.......

I wish I researched the whole dress thing more. but I just went to a store w/o ever looking at dresses. I knew what I didnt want and that was what I went in my mind with

GREAT thread idea!
Mine was the Maggie Sottero 'Gatsby'! I did try it on at RK Bridal (the ONLY place that had it) and the saleslady told me I looked awful in it and rushed me onto the next dress. I was mad, but it wasn't the right dress for me anyway. In fact, I didn't even like it as much as soon as I saw it in person on the hanger.

Mine was the same one I got! I saw it in many mag's and knew I HAD to try it on. It was the very first I tried and for me nothing else compared. I tried on a LOT more just to make sure but deep down I knew 'she' was the one

I do but I'm not sure if she would be upset if I posted pics of her on the net, ya know? And the train was even able to come off, she had it on for the church and then for the reception all that ruffled stuff wasn't there, she did have the back bustled up too. It was beautiful!

This is actually funny. The first gown I was obessed with I hunted for and tried on and I knew it was for me the minute I saw it. Love at first sight... its my simone carvalli.
I'm still completely in love with it and I have to fight myself to not go into Kleinfeld's and try it on

OMG I loved this one too!!! I had an appt to go to bridal reflections to try this on 2 days after my appt at Macys. When I said yes at macys, I canceled my appt at BR... I still kinda wish I tried it on. Oh well.
